Our forefathers rebelled against the fangling that began in prehistoric times. A small, highly intellectual group of people implemented the first sharpened sticks, and quickly pushed for a flint tool upgrade. An entire new set of grunts and hand gestures emerged seemingly overnight, which caused confusion. Some people reluctantly conformed to the new ways, but many were left to pick lice from their hairy backs.
The problem was a lack of user-friendly documentation available at the time. The "techno freaks" refused to add vital instructions to the oral history and made a mockery of those who neglected to use their methods. Many of our ancestors never learned to manipulate the first generation of tools by the time Stick & Stone V.2 was released. The beginning of the end had begun.
